RECUMBENTS

A laid back bike with a lawn chair seat! Recumbents, or 'bents for short, are easily recognized. A long bike that sits low to the ground. Quickly gaining in popularity, this style of bike will give you loads of back support on a seat that's actually nice to sit in.
They have a completely different ride than the traditional upright bikes that may take a little getting used to. But it's a small price to pay for no more sore back.
